Questions
Why no email?
Your account is just a random ID and a password. We don't need your name or email.
What if I lose my ID or password?
Without email we can't send a reset link. Save your ID somewhere safe (we let you download it as a file). If you pay, keep the Stripe receipt: with it, support can help you.
Is my video uploaded?
No. Slicfly opens your files inside your browser and exports the MP4 on your computer. Only your account and the templates you publish are stored on our server.
How do I cancel?
Log in, open your account menu and choose "Manage subscription". You can cancel in two clicks.
Is publishing templates free?
Yes. Create a free account and publish. Anyone can see and use community templates.
